H. Forum, BLOG, Message Board, and Chat Rooms
Panel Publishing offers subscribers many services on the Site including public areas such as message boards and chat rooms. Panel Publishing is not required to monitor these areas and any information which you post in these areas will be disclosed and available to all users of that area, and is therefore no longer private.

By using the Site's forum, blog, message boards, or chat rooms, you agree that Panel Publishing is not responsible for any information that you disclose or communicate online in public areas, and any disclosures you make are at your own risk. If your information or needs change, or if you no longer desire to access the Site, Panel Publishing encourages you to correct, update or remove personal information that you provided. To do so, visit the section of the site that allows your to Edit your profile. However, even if you delete your account from our records, residual information will remain within our databases, access logs, and other records, which may or may not contain personally identifiable information. Panel Publishing is not responsible for updating any information contained in third-party lists or databases.

We may to change, modify, add or remove portions of this Policy at any time and without notice, and any changes will become effective immediately upon being posted. Your continued use of the Site after this Policy has been amended shall be deemed to be your continued acceptance of the terms and conditions of the Policy, as amended.
