Would it help an international start-up if they have their core team in another country but a business development Team in the US? Does it help the process to have some presence here?

I think the theme you’ve heard throughout is that every deal is different. The real answer is what’s right for your business? If it’s right for your business, it’s going to create value in the market and it’s going to get people like us interested.
